Thanks to all for the input, and to Phil for the air compressor indicator light.
I've tentatively decided to go with the EMT and combine the use of BX cable for the convoluted runs.
Won't be doing Wiremold in the shop.

My EMT bending skills are very rusty and I have several 6×6's to negotiate around, that's why I was considering Wiremold. Maybe I can combine the two.

I do it the hard way (Hal has dropped the ball on fixing that link). Just copy and paste the portion you want to quote into the new message, highlight it, and then click on the quotation marks in the message taskbar. I add the “Grizz wrote:” myself. Wish he would fix that.

That little “needle point” is the spray orifice. If you look very closely you will see four or five very small holes in it. Are you saying the new injectors don't have this? The black carbon “dust” is kinda normal but suggests that the engine is running on the cool side.
You can clean off the carbon with paint thinner or diesel fuel and a BRASS wire brush GENTLY. Do NOT use a steel wire brush because it can destroy the spray pattern.
