Actually, that is a cold setting. Do this when the engine is cold.
FYI: When the engine is at operating temp and loaded, both dimensions will be approximately the same. The exhaust valve will “grow” that much.

I believe the dealer where you purchased the kit should help you, however you will probably get lucky just going to a hydraulic shop. Most stock a lot of metric seals.

They might be just conceptual at this point but I understand the posibilities of pneumatic spreaders and actuators within the tire. Much like the Hummer and other military vehicles can adjust tire pressure on the fly. The technology for the controls is already here. I think the tire itself has to catch up.

Generally speaking, any individual fuel system repair components are not available at the retail level. Call around to some diesel shops in your area, but I will wager that to rebuild one of these injectors will only be slightly less than buying new ones.
