What is the ROPS!! Also, once U get it down to brake drum how do you get to clutch plates
ROPS is the Roll Over Protection Structure (the roof).
Remove the brake drum (steering clutch hub), the clutch plates are inside.

And you will also have to remove the ROPS.

Sorry to hear about your health issues Arthur, wishing you a speedy recovery and continued good health.
Sorry, but the only other pic I have is this one, but I think you are already this far into it.
Do you have the parts and owners manuals? I can email you copies if you don’t. They are very helpful.
In that pic the swing frame and cross shaft still have to be dropped, and the saddlebag either raised or removed. Everything you will need to get to is still inside. Can you provide a pic of your progress?

Did you get the D3 started? FYI, the alternator on your tractor only has a 14 amp output, unless it’s been upgraded.

The line that comes out of the fuel injection pump takes the unused fuel back to the tank. On some engines the line will go directly back to the tank, others will go via the injector leak-off lines back to the tank. You can expect a reasonable volume of fuel to return to the tank. That’s a head-scratcher for sure, but if it’s running well let’s not fix it.

:yahoo: Congratulations Paul. :yahoo:
I think that’s a great testament on how much money you can save by owning a Chinese tractor. Enough to save up to buy a Japanese tractor.
So, does the Kubota have a snow blower on the front?
