If those glow plugs are working as they are suppose to, they will usually always fire up pretty quickly at least that has been our experience.

Grumpy, I know this may sound silly after all that has been mentioned but are you sure those glow plugs are working correctly. You might want to try going straight from your battery with a switch to the plugs or wire directly to back of switch with a wire to the bus bar replacing the factory wire, we have had pretty good luck with those tractors starting using the glow plugs, just a suggestion.

As everyone above has mentioned most of the causes for premature clutch failure was due to not being adjusted correctly when the tractor was assembled. Lets hope you have some adjustment left, if not we have the complete clutch packs in stock.

You are having pressure left in your lines causing the problem. We have the Italian couplers in stock that we swap out on our units when they come in.

Hans, undo the clamps holding 4WD tubing togather then pry the ends off orings at each end with a large screw driver, once tube is collasped grab the spring loaded end and push it in and drop shaft. As said earlier balls will drop out. check your couplings for wear. If you have your parts book it should have a exploded view showing everything. We will have any part you need in stock for your tractor.

We will have the clutch in stock, but we will need a little more information on your tractor as they did put different clutches in the same model fotons

Stephan, I would try bleeding system again, pump up the hand pump on side of injection pump and hold down while opening the screw just below the hard lines on injection pump, after the hand pump that you are holding down goes down, close the screw off and pump up hand pump again and repeat the process until pure fuel runs out. I am a little confused about your bleeding process.
