with only 70 hours it might not be broke in. hahahahaha   You will get more smoke possibly bluish until the engine comes up to operating temps. I would check all your fluids including if yours has a oil reservoir in the injector pump. (that one gets forgot alot) make sure the crankcase does not have to much oil in it. some of these engines are kinda funky about how their dipsticks are read , mine you have to pull the dipstick wipe it off and reinsert it and then read it. and yes white smoke is coolant ,black is over fueling and blue oil. I think you need to retorque the head and set the valves before you forget and possibly have a issue.

my only suggestion about the filters if you can find any numbers on them is to try to cross them over with a net search. Other wise thread measurements and sealing mating areas matched old school style. When I bought my chinese tractor I went to napa and they helped me out, but things since then almost 20 years napa is not the same parts store. unfortunately. good luck

yes things in china are hit and miss as far as are all the parts in there, I bought a mower for my skid steer , it is a great bear brand , it was sold as having a problem so I got it cheap. so I powered it up and there was quite a grinding noise , it is full of oil . I removed the gear case and opened it up the drive gears bearly touched , so I bought a new gear case , which is a good one, still came out good price wise. but the original gear case should have never been let out of the factory and they would not eat the defect , I had to pay for it although they did give me free 3 day shipping from china.

Do you feel you were able to get it good enough gear engagement or are you going to try to find a center gear case?

did you drive the tractor in 4 wheel drive on hard pavement much? even with a loose fit , it looks to me that there had to be a lot of load to get the wear that is there. I am just curious. with another thought are the tires the correct size to prevent them spinning at a to different rate?

there was a guy who had issues with this forum ,but he was the dozer guy Bob Rooks you can scan for old posts and there might be something you can use. Or find a way to find him he lived in washington state I believe. A wealth of knowledge.

I could not find to much info.  so there is two types of these tractors that I know of one type that is usally the smaller ones uses a common sump, whereas there is one pump and one oil tank  that powers everything(except the 4 wheel drive front axle fluid) . So everything would use like a aw-46 oil and the dip stick is on the trans. ( i have a 2005 dong feng le204a it is like this) the other has seperate pumps for the lift and the power steering each having its own seperate oil tank.(my 2006 foton ft504a is like this). so you might have to do some looking to determine what you have and go from there.

I think affordable tractor is in Tx. they use to be a sponser of this site. I think you need to split the tractor to see what has failed.

this is just a guess but I think you could just disreguard that part of the circuit if you have the glow plug engine diagram. just to be courious but what engine you have a Quanchi?
