it has a factory screen that I have put window screen over . I will keep a eye on it, maybe I will have to do the battery relocate option.
I did not look at it till the next day, but I will look at the fix. Got the radiator back, they had to cut 5 tubes and solder over at the tank but tractor seems to be ok with it, it was pretty hot today and temp. held steady at 175 F. pulling a 5 ft. finish mower for about 1 hour so I think it will be ok.
yeah no kiddin
I looked at my 2 tractors each is different so you can determine if the info. is useful to you or not. 2005 dong feng le204a is right to left red wire w/ white stripe(heaviest wire size, largest post) power in . then blue wire marked F I assume stands for field. next black wire marked — I assume for ground . post 4th <span style=”display: inline !important; float: none; background-color: #ffffff; color: #333333; font-family: Georgia,’Times New Roman’,’Bitstream Charter’,Times, serif; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-decoration: none; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; word-spacing: 0px;”>vacant . 2006 foton ft504a right to left looks like a z or a n brown wire? next marked– black wire I assume ground. next a blue wire marked F I assume field . next marked + I assume battery hot red wire. good luck</span>
call Tommy back and ask them what the ohm reading should be on the sending unit cold, you will need a ohm meter to read it. The sending unit just uses one wire if I remember right so you will be reading from the post to the body of the sender(ground). if he knows the hot ohm reading you can heat up some water and immerse the unit to check the upper end also. I suppose you can just heat up some water and see if the ohm reading changes that would put you towards the gauge or the wiring to it .
July 30, 2019 at 6:05 am in reply to: hYDRAULI PUMP SEALS CONTINUE TO BLOW EVERY 3-4 HOURS OF OPERATION #49005I do not have a clue what causes that , course I am kinda computer stupid. with that said, a new pump came in and it did not have a weep hole either, but it fit perfect so it has been installed. just waiting for the radiator to be repaired, luckily I found a guy that still can repair one. a new one with this dong feng part # 200.00.032 has been hard to find.
July 29, 2019 at 5:58 am in reply to: hYDRAULI PUMP SEALS CONTINUE TO BLOW EVERY 3-4 HOURS OF OPERATION #49001you know something that pump had no weep hole, so that early sign of seal failure and bearing demise <span style=”display: inline !important; float: none; background-color: #ffffff; color: #333333; font-family: Georgia,’Times New Roman’,’Bitstream Charter’,Times, serif; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-decoration: none; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; word-spacing: 0px;”>coming </span>is not there. is this common now?
July 27, 2019 at 6:04 pm in reply to: hYDRAULI PUMP SEALS CONTINUE TO BLOW EVERY 3-4 HOURS OF OPERATION #48997yeah fan is plastic and only about 14 inch’s so I could not see any movement with the bubble. I guess if it was reallllly off it would have shown bubble movement ,the idea was good though. That pump was a 2005 so will just say it was due.
July 27, 2019 at 6:49 am in reply to: Where do you guys get spare keys made for Chinese Tractors #48995I was told when I bought my tractors years ago that blanks would have to come from china , of course they can be cut here. but that might have changed it has been awhile. I would say look at the sponsors of the site but they are not listed anymore, I think keno tractors might be who you need to contact, maybe?
