I think these diesel tractors need to run at 180 F   to 195F for the oil to work right.  Let me say this also some these Chinese tractors are not engineered to the best as for electrical systems and cooling  . My 50 hp no problems with cooling some electrical problems yes. My 20 hp tractor cooling system tuff to get a good operating temp tends to run cold  in winter, summer you have to watch how much load you put it under or it will run hot.as 5 ft. finish mower no problem, 4 ft tiller you have to watch the temp gauge when tilling over 30 min. if ground is real hard.

is there any excess turbulence  or consumption of coolant from the  radiator like coming from a blow head gasket ? was the head torqued again after 50 –  100 hrs. of running  time?

I know that it is just a bit of chance but my dong feng is set up with individual gauges like yours. But there is clear different casting i.d on the trans. DFAM. I do not have any of their   info. but I know that one of Mahindra assembly locations is in Chattanooga, TN. maybe a call to them for some ideas on what you have , you never know till you ask.

can not beat a dozer for making roads and with a 3 point on the dozer you could get a backhoe attachment then put a thumb on the hoe and use it for loading logs on the mill. I have a jcb 214 backhoe with a thumb and load logs on my mill it works great much better than trying to use bucket forks. does your mill have hydro log loading system? if so it would not be as big a  deal.  I have 100 acres and I used a dozer to cut road around the edges of the property for ease of access for a fire break and some thru the middle also. My dozer was not Chinese so I can not give you much advise on that.  other than I have also thought about getting one if the price was right. I have wet area where another pond I would like to cut in.

I looked up that engine it looks it is a Laidong and might that tractor be a Kama? I looked a one when I was in the market for a tractor in 2006 and from what I remember it looks close to what I remember. I remember something about Mahindra buying a Chinese tractor plant. maybe there is a connection. oh that engine is about 22 hp.

there should be a engine id plate somewhere on the engine and a engine size year made  and type cast in the block like y-380 or 495  and others.  you should know that there is no loyalty to a engine manf. to the tractor manf. but maybe it could shed some light as the tractor manf. by what engine you have in it. good luck

I am not sure about that type of olive but some olive is sought by wood turners, I have seen some nice bowls turned from olive. you might want to check out http://www.sawmillcreek.org in the turners forum, I think I would at least try to get some boards out of it if you can get it to someone with a sawmill, heah I got one here in Tn. bring it down! yeah right. let me know on this just for my knowledge what you come up with., thanks Dave

the Chinese pin connectors have no gel or o rings so they can get corroded from dirt and moisture. and can be a issue and remember check the grounds check to see if these two gauges run in the same harness . good luck
