I got one of those 12 volt heaters and they do not put out much but with that said anything is better than nothin. I think any type of cab would help more , just keeping the wind off makes it easier to stay warm.
I might have miss spoke 2400 is most likely max rpm and take 80 percent of that to get around 540 , it should be in the manual . I know the 50 hp quanchi and 92 hp perkins engines I have has no problem running at 2400. My 20 hp has no tach. the dealer said max it out then back it off some , he said they are governed on the low side of where they could run. I know it is apples and oranges but look at what the diesels are running at now,3000 is nothing. It is all in the engineering.
putting around 1500 or so, anything using pto 1800 to 2000 to maintain good blade speed cause really correct rpm to achieve 540 pto rpm would be around 2400 . remember do not lug the engine use a lower gear and bump up the engine rpm for wanted ground speed.
yeah and these Chinese 2005 2006 engines do not run as cleanly as they could after 10 hrs. of running the oil is dirtier looking than my 2001 JCB 214 with a 92 hp perkins with 250 hrs.
ok I have got 150 hrs on the 20 hp and 100 hrs on the 50 hp since the last change I will do them both after thanksgiving
if your tractors pump is internal I guess there is a chance of a suction side leak in the case. ,you would never see it. But I think most Chinese tractors have external hydro pumps. I guess that you should see a leak somewhere after the tractor is turned off if there was a suction side leak that was the cause of the bubbles in the oil. I am wondering if maybe the oil is to blame maybe it does not have the anti foaming agents it should or a bit of water might do it.
you have to love a story with a happy ending
that is funny how sometimes we try to hard to overcomplicate things when they are simple, I think we are all guilty.
If you have a bleeder valve on a filter or a sight bowl with valve where you can check your fuel for junk that has possibly gotten into the fuel system do it often for awhile.
from what I understand these pumps are not able to be rebuilt because no parts are available so a new injection pump has to be placed on the tractor. Now with that said. I do not know what engine you have but some have a oil line that supply's engine oil to the injector pump ,they do not have a captive oil reservoir. So if you was to have one of those your engine oil would be thin and smell like diesel also. I have read on this forum about people having a oil and fuel mixing problem with these pumps, usually the tractor runs ok but a fuel, oil mix comes out of the pump vent or is noticed when changing pump oil.
