black smoke indicates a rich fuel condition or to little intake air and unless there has been engine work the timing would not change but I am wondering if the hydros are loading the engine, maybe you could pipe around your bucket control valves as a test? ,people have had issues with some controls valves sticking and creating a deadheading issue which is can take out the hydro pump . This has been covered in the past, take a look thru old chats maybe you will find something.
well mine is not designed like that the hydro oil is common sumped in the trans., rear end diff. and power steering. no separate collection tank. I think it is around 7 gal.
I sure will like to know what is doing this just as a curiosity ,I have a 2005 (Lenar)(DFAM) dong feng le204 that is common sump, knock on wood it has been very trouble free.
this is just a wild guess but could there be a plugged up vent that as the tractor heats and cools causes that vacuum or operating the lift?? and sucks by a worn seal? yes grasping at straws for a idea
if you tractor has a tach. make sure that when running wide open throttle you do not exceed you tractors engine max rpm. I guess that it is no big deal if you NEVER run it at max power.
I think that might be the governor ,no fool with must be set by diesel injector shop tech's.
chances are a broken spring will never tension correctly
I have know people who have had to use a cutting torch, Argi Supply Co. sent me a email ad. and they had stump jumpers for a couple other machines just less than 100 bucks ea. so fix what you can, good luck
it will not take to much more time but I like doing a three step torque like 40 75 112 but that is just me.
I have a three quarter torque wrench that is about 4 ft long goes to 600 ft. lbs those make things move or break. I has been a back saver.
