you are correct my hercules has a stick trans.
on the old posts there was a chat about this,I know mine foton the hour meter does run slower at a idle it seems that above 1500 rpm or so the clock runs ok,I think there was something about maybe the hot voltage being lower at a idle coming up as rpm increases making the clock run faster, but it has been a few years soooo, memory is not what it used to be.
That is what I thought but ,a little confermation does not hurt. And I never knew hydro was refering to hydroponic pot growth, just tomaters.
well maybe it is somrthing as simple as replacing just the spring, maybe it just lost tension memory or went limp
my tractor 2006 504a foton had that issue in reverse gear ,but mine has a tensioning bolt that adds pressure to the roller ball spring in the 2 wheel to 4 wheel shifter.has your something like that?
my 2 cents are not worth much but why would this happen.the oil pan has many bolts that transfer the load to the block for strength (i assume).could there be a non straight milled edge that when the pan was torqued over stressed the pan and cracked it? and with that thought, the gasket would have to be thin and hard. a thick gasket soft would distort easily causing uneven pressures.just a thought
well disassembly was straight forward.it looked like the parts was assembled without much lube on the piston o ring that shuttles a flat seal against a face.I used some white grease on the o ring and the tension springs, all is well now.
It is all air driven and it has some valve that works I assume as a treadle valve but it is seperate from the brake pedal arm ,mounted under the floor pan.It works off a rod hooked to the pedal arm. when I get some time I will pull it apart.Oh the tractor brakes are wet ones and unaffected.
industrial tires are a nice in between choice also ,I would try wheel weights first before using fluid in the tires. But if fluid is used I think tractor supply has the fill kit reasonable.use non corrosive, non freezing fluid in them, here the county coop can fill them.
do you have your tires inflated to the pressure needed for the weight of a loader and load.and are the tires the right ones to carry that load?I would think that they need to operate at least 60 psi.I know that this is not your primary issue,but…..and it might be a good idea to add more weight to that box blade,I have used two 40 kilo counterweights straped to mine, sure does make it work better too.
