I cannot see any wear. If my photos could have been downloaded you could see for your self. I have written management about increasing file size.
Unfortunately CTOA limits photo uploading to 1000kb. If a picture is worth a thousand words why limit it?
I modified the access area around that location of that clutch roll pin. After replacing it twice in 1400 hours I did not want a 5 hour ordeal the third time.

My problem turned out to be the filter screen inside my fuel tank. Removed it entirely with Ranch Hand’s glass bowl replacement kit.Before I repost another question…….do any know that the ¥385 injectors can be adjusted for “pop” pressure.?I have a pressure tester I purchased off EBay and would like to test after 1400 hours.
Again, thanks for your responses.There are four of these gears in center gear case. Two had brass washers. The other two gears did not have these brass washers and failed due to excess lash from the gears wearing away their seats.
