Thanks for replying back so quick.
The front end loader has quick disconnect hoses and it seems to function fine, so I’m thinking the hyd pump is working ok since it’s a closed loop system. I’ve played around with the hyd adjustment knob under the seat with no reaction. I can pretty much just lift the arms up with no real resistance from the actuator.
I’ve changed the fluid and looked inside the top cover under the seat and don’t see anything really amiss but apparently there is.
Do you happen to know how the three point hitch has fluid ported to the actuator? I didn’t hear any noise or anything even trying to move when I was running the tractor and listening for activity
Thanks, Scott :unsure:I tried doing that at a local exhaust shop that had welded up the cracks in it several times, but they said they didn’t have that kind of pipe size to make a new one. But I’ll try a different shop and see if they can do it instead.
ThanksOk the seal size is 52×5.7 according to the manual. Sound right?
The part number out of the book for those is GB 1235-1976. If you have those in stock I suppose it would be wise to replace both sides then? Haven’t checked for excess play in the bushings yet. Are those difficult to change? Do they have to be pressed in?
Ok, will do. I’ll have to get the part numbers out of the IPC first, but is this something that you would normally carry in stock?
Thanks for that. I do have a parts book for it, and will check the illustrated breakdown. Are they difficult seals to replace? Or do you just remove and replace them when you pull the lift arm off?
