On your two post sender, the post that's empty, check with an omh

meter to ground, if it has continuity, that's good, then check with

engine running, if it check's open that's great. Now you can install

a 12v buzzer's ground lead this post, the other buzzer lead to fuze

box terminal that's hot only with key on. Now you wont forget to

turn off key! Because oil pressure keeps buzzer off. I have done

three tractors this way, no more dead batteries leaving the key on.

It sounds like you bent the main clutch hub when stabbing the trans. into

the clutches. I use two long bolts in the engine to help align trans. shalf

and maintain the mating surfaces plane parallel by measuring around the

bellhousing to engine all the time while going together. If I am right you will

have to split tractor again, and replace main disk. http://www.ctoa.net/ctoa/wp-co…..eys/', 'vomit', '1');” src=”../../../ctoa/wp-content/forum-smileys/sick0020.gif” alt=”vomit” />Then have to do all the

clutch adjustments. I would recommend alignment tool!

I have a 2007 TS 354c Tractor with rear mount pump above pto. I have it pumbed

different than any body I know of. I have two, three port select valves, mounted

on the PTO protection cover, that's below rear pump. The suction line from left

side of 3 pt tank to left suction selection valve port #1.  The second suction line

that comes from the backhoe goes to the #2 port of suction selection valve, with

disconnect. Now the #3 port suction selection valve goes to suction port of pump.

The pressure side of pump goes to #3 port of pressure select valve. The #1 port

of pressure select valve goes directly to the FEL valves , then back to the right 3pt

pressure in port. The #2 port of pressure select valve  goes to a pressure relief,

then a disconnect, then on to backhoe control valves. Backhoe is “7600 LITW” with

its own filter and tank. When both select valves knobs are down, the FEL or 3pt.

works. You MUST have clutch depressed completely before changing knobs!

This will stop the pump. Then knobs up backhoe works with clutch released.

I have been using this set up for three years.

I think adding this post to Rich's should give some insight of how 354c works.

I ALSO put a delco alternator, wiring was fairly easy, used a small dash lite for exciter wire.

Made an angle exstention with the old adjusting bracket. Bought the unit from a local

junk yard for 25 bucks, it's working for two years.            Cool
