      Thanks heaps, I suspected that,but your confirmation brought a big slaughmile to my face.I got the seals from the factory,and as helpful as they have been,communication can be confusing.They are going to make a DVD on rebuilding the rams,when I get it I will post it.Dealers are scarce in Tasmania,so I appreciate the help from the forums.

        More on the FEL kits.After all said and done,hey one O ring left over from my plastic baggie.

        My question,  where does the 3rd. O ring go?  #1 no worries  ,#2 still no worries,  #3, big worry!  as I can't figure out where it goes. #1 is 19mm OD. #2 is 35mmOD.  #3 is 38mm OD.If anyone can help I just might get rolling again. Thanks Carl

        The ram is off a 254 jimna FEL ZL-20
