To answer you in short: No we do not stock a lot of dozer parts. However, we can get them. I just recently ordered some parts for a YuChai that included the idler rollers and drive wheel. It takes a while to get them but our Chinese contact has been good so far.

Phone hours: M-F 8am to 5:30pm PST Sat 9am to 1pm PSTThat is what we have used for years…. The ISO 100 is suppose to last better.
most other diesels use the same oil in the engine to lubricate the pump if I’m not mistaken.
As far as changing the fluids once a year, that’s recommended for tractors that sit outside or in wet climates. The cast housings attract moisture and the fluid gets broken down.

Phone hours: M-F 8am to 5:30pm PST Sat 9am to 1pm PSTI have a new Jinma 200, which is a 20 hp 2wd tractor that I am selling for $6,500. Hopefully that gives you an idea. Mine has the 3 cylinder. The 2 cylinders are awesome little engines, but a little harder to find parts for. Although I do have most in stock.

Phone hours: M-F 8am to 5:30pm PST Sat 9am to 1pm PSTThis is actually quite a common problem….. The lift pump or “primer pump” goes out, leaking diesel into the injection pump, making the seals/o-rings in the injection pump dry out from not being lubricated.
You can order a new lift pump, I have them. But I do like your idea of putting a electric lift pump on there! The Mahindra tractors I sell almost always have a electric lift pump. They come on as soon as you turn the key on.
I think you would just have to make a plate to go on your injection pump that covers up where the lift pump went.
Show us pics when you get this done, I am pretty excited to see this! :good:
