Finally fixed!   Process of elimination… cheapest parts first LOL.  Purchased a priority valve from affordable (Tommy) and swapped it out.  All set.. I'm wondering if debris may have gotten into the valve.

I have a screen for a filter.  Is there a filter kit anywhere or am I on my own to fabricate one.  I assume a filter can be installed in the return line.

      Thanks Tommy for your help.

OK,  Here's what I've got…  I took 1 hose off and could turn the wheel to the left shooting fluid out of the hose(couldn't turn to the right). I took the hose off the other side and could turn the wheel to the right shooting fluid out of the hose (but couldn't turn the wheel to the left.  I did notice I did put a tiny nick in one of the seals on assembly but nothing like the old ones I replaced.  FYI,  The shaft appears to measure 22 MM ???  What have I missed?   Thanks,  Paul

Yes, all looked good with the inside of the cylinder.  I'm pretty comfortable with the rebuild,  It's similar to the loader cylinders that I've done…

Does anyone know if they sell a rebuild kit for the steering or priority valves?

I just finished rebuilding the cylinder.  After cycling the steering lock to lock 25+ times or so,  the problem remains.      I'm suprised because the seals were torn pretty bad.  Any ideas?

You got it!  I pulled off the steering cylinder and tore it apart…   The seals were a mess…  Very easy removal and repair…

Ordering rebuild kit from Tommy – “Affordable Tractor Sales”.   Thanks…
