There is a website called Johns tractor, Google it. It’s s old website, but it’s dedicated to Chinese tractor, problems and a lot of how to info. You’ll like :negative:
My 454 uses only one wire on the oil pressureserves sensor.
Video doesn’t show very well, but I will guess that the nut on the end of the rod connected to the lift lever, has to be adjusted so the lever can’t go beyond a preset position, which would stop the problem you are having. Try adjusting nut inward so that it prevents you from raising the three point too high. The inner adjustment would give you a preset level on the three point, with implement attached. I have no experience with that tractor, so proceed with caution.
Do you hAve the Chinese quick disconnects on your loader? I’m not sure, but I think hydraulic fluid passes through them to operate 3 point.
I believe that valve is made by cross, at least mine on my 45 hp was. I have some more info on the valve, but I won’t be able to get it till next week. If you still need it I will bring it home with me. Have you googled? Spirt I believe they are still in business, but doubt they would sell any parts for valve.
I’m getting ready to use my bh attachment and dig 1800 ft. for a waterline. I’m on reclaim way too much rock for a trencher. I’m putting in a couple of yard hydrants and came across YARD HYDRANTS MADE EASY which utilizes a pitless attachment . If the hydrant ever goes bad loosen 2 bolts pull hydrant up take pit-att. off old put on new and re-insert – two bolts and done. NO DIGGING – so I bought 2, because yard hydrants eventually go bad. Just thought I’d share this.
You should buy another, cause if one goes bad in a few years, you may not be able to get parts for it.
They may be a screen in the bottom of the fuel tank. I would try cracking the fitting on the injectors one at a time, see if that helps. If you ran out of fuel, it can be quite a job to get it primed again, someone else may have more ideals, good luck.
Glad you got it corrected. I broke my 3 point lift two winters ago, ordered the shaft from one company even tho I sent them the correct part #, they shipped the wrong one, had to return it at my expense, go figure, order from another company, gave them all the measurments, they send one 1/2″ shorter, called them they ordered the correct one from china, I wound up putting in the wrong one as it was close to winter, It cost me $80.00 but at least I could plow snow. I eventually got the correct part. With so few Chinese tractors being sold today, I wonder if it was such a good ideal to buy from them. I’m worried about getting parts in the future. It has been a good tractor, must problems I’ve had were my screw ups. I’m in the Ludington MI area, so It earned its money that year. Have fun and a great New Year to you.
MaxThe first thing I would do is check oil and hydraulic fluid levels. If they are way off then you may have a different problem. You should be able to turn the engine over by hand, but be aware it may take some effort. You should not be getting that much of a voltage drop at starter, from what you are saying I would suspect battery or cable problems. Where are you located? Did the tractor run OK the last time you used it?
