      I HAVE A FEW WINTERS ON MY 2425 ,
AND MINE ONLY STARTS IN WARM WEATHER AS WELL.
I JUST PULL THE AIR INTAKE OFF AND STICK A HAIR DRYER OR A HEAT GUN IN WHILE I GLOW IT FOR 60 SECS……
      YES 60 SECONDS.

TO KEEP THE INTAKE HOSE FROM FALLING OFF I USE A 6″ LENGTH OF DUCT TAPE….
      YES DUCT TAPE.

      I LEAVE IT OUTSIDE …
LAST WINTER I HAD TO POKE A STICK AROUND TO FIND IT IN A DRIFT..
BUT THIS METHOD GETS HER GOING…
I ALSO HEAT THE STARTER UP AS THE BRUSHES STICK AND
THEY SWEAT WATER IN AND FREEZE.

I think Injector timing might help as the farmpros may have been set up different. I would need help from this forum on that issue
