Here is another way to go about this, one I would like to use as it’s cheaper and moves the extra valve away from the stack at the joystick:    http://www.surpluscenter.com/i…..m=9-7852     It would have saved even more if I would have bought this when first thinking about it, they aren’t getting cheaperyell

They are open center. The factory valve has no provision for power beyond. Ronald at ranch hand supply sells a kit with a name brand valve ( like what Jinma copied but with power beyond capability), a bracket, hoses, etc. Check it out at his website under “Dealers”.

Just me but if I rented a torque wrench I was confident enough in to assemble my engine I'd be comfortable torquing a bolt down to several measurements and checking the calibration on mine, or am I missing something here? hmmm

About the same time Carl was posting his hillside pics I took some pictures of my own, moving a 4'x4'x4' swamp cooler around to the back of the greenhouse. The next morning the plan was to do some limbing with the electric pole saw to cut a path to some 3/4 minus and cinderblocks for the wheelchair/tractor (nothing heavy in the wheelbarrow anymore). It snowed that night and the next few days, and hasn't got above 25.

My New Years resolution is to finish this project if it ever thaws out. Well that and continue breathing! roflmaoroflmaoroflmao

                Happy New Year Everyone!  cool

Merry Christmas Dan. There's another one a couple threads above, but the Christmas spirit is something that cannot be celebrated enough.hailkinghailkinghailking

The least painful part will be the raincap. Mine was around $9.00 at Napa if I recall. It's earning it's keep today. I left the tractor behind the greenhouse under clear skies last night, it's now covered in 6″ of snow and coming down hard.

Don't sweat what caused the rod bearing failure. The doctors still can't say for certain why my heart stopped, and I suspect my repair bill is just a little bit higher. frown
