My irony is I'm worried about all the attacks at work and reading about corporations all across America being targeted from somewhere in China, and I'm using an Anti-virus named Panda
I too am running Microsoft security essentials and it is detecting and removing the problem from the home page. Security essentials seems to work quite well on this computer running 7 but can't seem to find anything ( at least before it's too late) at the shop on XP. There I'm running Panda cloud antivirus and Malware bytes anti-malware and only use Firefox or Chrome. I've been targeted there so many times I can't count, and I suspect it's because my company is incorporated. I've heard that's becoming more common, and the attacks are coming mostly from China.
Don't know why it posted twice?
My wife gets a prescription for Soma, a muscle relaxer I think. I've had quite a few teeth pulled in the last two years and every time they give me 20 Vicodin (generic). I've never used one for a pulled tooth as it usually feels so much better after it's pulled , I save them for my back. I think the DEA is telling the doctors around here not to prescribe anything, unless you literally rip your arm off all you'll get is advil
If they want the serial # for the dozer it should be on a plate somewhere on the body. On the tractors it's on the left fender right by the seat. It should also be in the paperwork you got from Keno. If not call them and they will have it and tell you where it is on the dozer.
Where are you at? If there is a friction shop near you that rebuilds clutches and brake shoes they would do the job for a minimal price. I have to ship old brake shoes (that are no longer available) to get relined to Portland. When I lived in Oakland I could drop off a few clutch sets and shoes in the morning at Oakland Friction and have them back by noon.
In the grand scheme of things the extra pollution from one Chinese tractor not having a working EGR circuit will probably not speed global warming up that much.
And your intake air will be that much cooler and cleaner.
And someone at the EPA will still have a job making sure these tractors are imported with all this crapola.
OK, Larry said it's a vacuum pump for thr EGR, and he would know since he sold and serviced them (Thank's Larry!). To check if you're getting oil I'd loosen up the fittings (or if the alternator is off) and crank it with the fuel shut off and see if you have oil. The only way no oil would damage the vanes is if it got hot enough on the bearing side to melt the vanes, but something is burning this up real quick. Does the damage seem to be confined to the vanes? Does the unit spin freely?
At the least I can't believe they didn't make a provison for a “mechanical fuel pump” diaphram type vacuum pump instead of this contraption.
Wow, I would think a small electric vacuum pump would have been much cheaper.
Correct Bob. What you describe on your engine is an EGR circuit. That's why I don't think what is on the Futon has anything to do with recycling exhaust gasses through the intake and re-burning them. Without seeing this setup first hand it sounds like a fresh air pump mounted on the back of the alternator. If that is what this pump does, and the system has a broken check valve, exhaust pressure may overcome the pumps fresh air pressure and allow hot gasses to enter the pump, destroying it.
What I don't understand is the lines from the pump entering the side of the engine, unless the manifold for the AIS ( Air Injection System) is cast into the block. Or, the pump does something else entirely.
